Refund policy

You can try Seekpitch free for 30 days with 50 qualified leads and no card, so you know what you're paying for before you pay. After that, you can cancel any time, but we don't refund partial months.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing portal in Settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance. We don't refund the rest of a month after you cancel, unused qualified leads, or a downgrade part-way through a period. When you change plans, the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged because of an error on our side, email hello@seekpitch.com and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
